Home → PressONE Customer KnowledgeBase → Console Assistant → To Search for a Contact:
• Right-click in the Directory Panel and enable Show Search Bar, if not already visible.
• Enter the search text in the Search For field
• Select the Search Fields using the drop-down menu
• Click Find
