• Select the desired phone in the Phones Panel
• Right-click in the Phones Panel
• Enable or disable Mark as VIP
• Once phones have been prioritized, the Phones Panel can be further organized by right-clicking in the Phones Panel and enabling either List VIPs First or List VIPs Only.
