5.52. To Park a Call:

• Tell the caller that you will be placing them on hold
• Press the Xfer softkey
• Enter *11 and press the Dial softkey
• The system parks the call at a Call Park extension. The system announces the Call Park Extension and displays it on the telephone display
• Hang up
