Home → PressONE Customer KnowledgeBase → Web Portal User Guide → To Enable Email Forwarding:
• Click the Voice Mail tab
• Click the Options tab
• Check the Email Forwarding checkbox.
• In the Email Address field, enter the email address where messages should be archived.
• Click Submit
